If you did see my installation Denali blog post you might have seen the below step. This is the step where you can choose the features you would like to install.
As seen in the image I also changed the shared features location directories and that is where it went wrong.
As you can see I changed it to E:\Microsoft SQL Server and E:\Microsoft SQL Server (86).
When I look at the server I still see:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110
and the by myself selected location E:\Microsoft SQL Server (86)\110
A lot of the shared components are still in the default location even after giving a specific location during setup.
I used Process Monitor (Current by Microsoft formaly known as Sysinternals) to see what was happing during double click of the Data Correction DFT task. My first discovery was that is kept looking for a 110\DTS folder on the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110 shared folder location. And as seen in the images it's not there.
The error in SSIS Displays:
To solve the issue for now, I simply copied the 110\DTS folder from E:\Microsoft SQL Server (86)\110\DTS to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\110\DTS
Double clicked the Data Correction task again and....
Is this a BUG or not?
